Non-Dairy Blue Melting Chocolate Wafers

I used these to make chocolate covered Oreos for a friend's baby shower - she's severely allergic to dairy. I was truly impressed- the flavor was great- they melted SO well- even though I did add a little oil to make it thinner and they just stole the show. I usually use high quality chocolate for my cake pops and other chocolate covered inventions and these did not disappoint! Good to know there's a product out there for this that's actually comparable to the dairy ones!
