Oh! Nuts Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Customers may return unopened items within 10 calendar days of receiving their order. Returns are accepted only if items are in their original, sealed packaging and have not been opened or used.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery to start a return. Please include your order number and invoice, and keep the original packaging.

  • Once approved, we will provide your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipment. Returns without a valid RAN may be refused.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure proper delivery.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • A restocking fee of 15% may be applied for items returned in sale condition or due to customer error (e.g., mistaken order).

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery.

  • Do not discard the product or packaging before contacting Oh! Nuts

6. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet snacks, opened items are non‑returnable, except in cases of damage or defect as described above.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If an issue arises with freshness or quality, please reach out. We will do our best make it right.
