A messiah turned joy!!!

As someone with reduced kidney function, I was told to eat Macademia nuts. Best prescription ever!!! These nuts are amazing, the taste is so wonderful, I don’t miss the salt I’m not supposed to have one but. The flavor is intense and marvelous. Other Macademia nuts I’ve had taste like soap.
There are a joy I very much enjoy!

Delish!

We eat them as a snack. Coat them in dark chocolate and make macadamia turtles. Add to white chocolate chip and coconut cookie batter for great cookies.
