I bought these for each of my sons. They arrived in a timely manner and the boys loved them. There was a minor issue that customer service acknowledged and resolved immediately. Much appreciated.

I ordered these apples for my daughter who is gluten intolerant. They were shipped two day air just as I requested in order to be there before Rosh Hashonna.

Unfortunately, for wome reason the UPS driver delivered all the other packages to her University on the designated delivery day, but for some reason, did not take my package off the truck. And to make matters worse, they coded the delivery as "no one was there to accept the delivery". This means that the fresh apples had been sitting in a truck and warehouse all weekend and were certainly yucko by now.

When I called OH NUTS, the shipping manager listened to my story, and even though it was the day before Rosh Hashonna ( a crazy busy day) She replaced my order and sent it one day air so that my daughter received her apples in time and in good condition.
