Another (large) company let us down in fulfilling our end of year holiday orders and I found myself in mid-December without a plan. I found some items of interest on the Oh Nuts! website so I placed a call to them. The person I spoke with was amazingly responsive; she sent me a spreadsheet and stayed on the line with me to make sure it didn't get stuck in my SPAM folder. (I couldn't even get to speak to a person in the US who could help me when I tried calling my original vendor.)

I sent her our client holiday list, and within an HOUR my order for 100+ items was placed. I received shipping notifications the following day, and within a day we started receiving emails and calls from clients who were delighted with the gift. The shipping was free and fast, the gifts were well received and Oh Nuts! has a new client!
