Everything was completely melted. All of the gel that was supposed to keep the product fresh had leaked inside the nuts and melted.
I paid an additional fee specifically to keep the product “fresh,” so I expected the packaging to provide enough protection to prevent this from happening. I understand that UPS may not always handle packages carefully or keep them in ideal conditions, but as the company shipping the product, you should have proper packaging and insulation to protect it during transit.
What is the point of paying an extra fee for freshness if the product arrives in this condition and the service doesn’t actually prevent it from happening?
I’m very disappointed with how this was packaged and would appreciate a solution.
