Mushroom Popcorn Kernel Seeds

This is great popcorn. Great taste/texture and each kernel is HUGE!

All kernels popped!! Huge popcorn for my Carmel corn. Simply nothing is better than OH! NUTS!! mushroom popcorn!

This popcorn popped up bigger and fluffier than any I have ever made. It's delicious.

I was skeptical about this popcorn because of the price, but it is definitely worth it. The corn pops into huge kernels with very little hull left on the corn. One important note about cooking: the temperature needs to be about 25% less than normal corn, otherwise all the kernels will not pop. For example, I usually heat the oil on 8 (Medium/High) to get it sizzling, then lower the heat to 5 (Medium) when I add the kernels. This technique has given me great results : about a 95% pop rate.

If you enjoy fresh, crunchy, light and fluffy popcorn, invest in the mushroom variety.

This is an excellent popcorn. NOTE: cook at a
lower temp than regular popcorn, or you will have a lot of unpopped kernels. While the price is high: the corn is wonderful ; big puffs with little shells that tend to fall off
