Emerald Green Sparkling Coarse Sugar Crystals - 7 oz

I used these green, coarse sugar crystals, and the blue, yellow and red ones, to decorate and flavor cookies made from an old family recipe. The crunchy mouthfeel and sweetness are essential to the success of the recipe and these crystals delivered both perfectly.
