Very good and pretty fresh brazil nuts.
It’s hard to find fresh brazil nuts and these are pretty darn good. The very high fat content makes rhem go bad fast. Bit these are very good. I gave them four stars because I found a few bad ones in each bag. But I am still ordering more. That’s how good they are
I now crack 2-3 nuts a day to add to my diet. From my research, the selenium in freshly cracked nuts far exceeds the quantities in preshelled nuts one finds in the grocery.
Brazil nuts were recommended by the clinical nutritionist at the oncology clinic where I go for chemo. I've always like Brazil nuts, so this was an easy food to add to my diet. The nuts I bought at the local grocery store were stale, so I looked online for a source of fresh nuts.
