Really light flavor - very nice. Should have gotten at least one or two more jars. My husband and I really liked it and not just for Passover.

Ingredients: Water, Fish (Carp, Silver Carp), Sugar, Potatoes, Onions, Potato Starch, Salt, Potato Flakes, Egg White Powder, Carrageenan, Pepper.
