Sugar Free Passover Chocolate Brownie Cake

The product looked and tasted good but the sweetner that was used is unhealthy for many people including myself. Unfortunately most of the kosher bakeries use malitol and sorbitol. They are cheap I understand but many people get diarrhea from them. There are other Pesachdike artificial sweetness available nowadays. The commercial liquid Splenda is used by Mehadrin for their no sugar yougarts and other products. I’ve written to the various bakeries both for Pesach and during the year and no one has ever responded. Perhaps you can them to change. I’m diabetic and my Pesach sweets are limited besides what we can make at home.

There is nothing available in a sugar free brownie for Passover or for any time of the year. I wish this sugar free brownie was available all year.

The brownie was very tasty and I enjoyed it very much. I wish that you would list the ingredients and the nutrition value of the cake on the package. I think the shipping fee was a little high.
