Had a problem but resolved quickly

I have ordered from Ohnuts several times and have always received an excellent product. This time, however, the marzipan strawberries received were hard, stale and absolutely awful, should've never even been sold. I contacted customer service and they gave me full refund, no hassle which I was grateful for.... so I will still recommend ohnuts to people for their (usually) good yummy products :) and great customer service when there is a problem with an order.

Fresh, Absolutely Loved it, will definitely reOrder... Only Lil complaint is they were missing a couple stems, although since I was trying them out & they were not for an Event, I was not upset!!! Although for future reference, heads up Oh!Nuts on whoever's doing your packaging!

Fatastic Marzipan! I give the large marzipan strawberries out to my family every year on Pentecost. German folk wisdom says that ripe strawberrys at Pentecost mean a good wine crop. With these, you can't go wrong and good luck will be yours all year long!
